Mrs .Marina Evglevshaya
arina is an articulate qualified HOD of Early Years Department. She has an experience of almost 15 years working with students and their parents from different cultures and countries and teachers from diverse backgrounds. She is a committed and dedicated professional with a proven ability to teach, motivate and direct students to maximum performance by encouraging a positive and energetic environment inside the classroom. She is skilled at bringing challenging and innovative teaching/learning atmosphere which empowers the active learner. With teachers and educators, she is using collaborative and transformational way of management, creating friendly and supportive atmosphere inside the department, which helps teachers to show their best in commitments to work and to be the greatest examples for children.
She believes that every child is a genius and the main role of an educator is to find a sparkle and develop it until the child shines.
Here is a brief encounter with her:
- In 2007, she earned her Bachelor Degree of linguistic in Pyatigorsk State Linguistic University.
- In 2009, she earned her Master’s Degree of linguistic in Pyatigorsk State Higher Professional Educational Institution.
- In 2009, she started her career at “Wedgewood Resort” in Alaska, USA, taking part in exchange program and working as a teacher for American students, after one year she repeated this program working this time in Destin, Florida, USA.
- In 2010, she got back to Russia working in a school as a Head of English Department.
- In 2011, she moved to United Arab Emirates expanding her career by learning about Administration and Management field.
- In 2014, she moved to Egypt and resumed her Career in Educational field starting her work by getting to know the smallest children in Early Years Institution, working in Nurseries and schools.
- For the last 10 years, she has spent in Egypt, she has been working in several new schools in Cairo and Port Said, helping them to establish the Early Years Department, to put in system all the rules and regulations, to create a loving and caring environment for children, where they can flourish and safely develop themselves.
- She has attended a great number of educational courses and webinars, provided by Cambridge, British council, MM publications, and Infinite learning, about Early Years Learning.
- In 2020-2021 she took part in online conference in Oxford ELTOC.
- In 2024 she attended Play Summit, Niletesol, Eduvation conferences, where topics were about Learning in Early Years, Management skills, Emotional and Artificial Intelligence.
Marina is an effective communicator with excellent relationship management, self-correspondence skills and strong problem – solving abilities. She is highly dedicated and self-motivated professional with proficiency in organizing workshops, presentations, webinars, special events and campaigns.
