Eman Abdel Rheem is a qualified teacher with over 17 years of experience, who believes that Mathematics need to be taught in a relevant, realistic contexts, rather than as a fixed body of knowledge and also believes in exploration as a way to acquire the Mathematical skills.

- In 2008, She Joined Maadi Narmer School (British division), Teaching Grades 7&8.

- In 2018, She joined Princeton International School, Teaching Grades 9&10(IB Division) and as a Head of the Mathematics Department.
